Customer Care Representative (Ombudsmen):
This position is perfect for the motivated, self-starter who can focus on the needs of the customer and work smoothly with our Support and Sales Staff to create a team based approach to satisfy those needs. You will be the main contact for all new customers with your primary job to keep them happy by guiding them to the proper training materials, webinars, support staff or salesperson. After the difficult start-up period you will pass them off to the support department for long term technical support of their MaxxTraxx system.
