Tire Quoter needs to calculate Shop Supplies with the Tire Quote

Currently, in order to send out automated email reminders and do mass email marketing campaigns I need to use an outside service such as DemandForce, eAutoclub, Mechanic.net, etc. We need MaxxTraxx to be able to do the same type of things at least in a limited way so that we don't have to spend so much money on the outside marketing companies.

Cash to deposit break down

Would enable the break down on Make Bank Deposit for cash like it does for checks & credit cards. DEVELOPER COMMENT: Not sure how this could work. How do you tell one twenty dollar bill from another twenty dollar bill when depositing the cash? Money is money once it goes in the safe or cash drawer. We can't figure out how or why to do this.

These are to be noted on the FINAL invoice per California law: When performing a brake inspection, the thickness must be stated in millimeters, not a percentage. Added security feature

Create a security setting to prevent users from using the program before they have logged into the time clock. If they forgot to clock out then require a fixed amount of words/ characters in a description of what prevented them from clocking out. THEN flag that for the manager to review.

Add REPRINT

To have the option for "REPRINT" to be added to an RO when the RO has been reprinted. Or a pop up that says "is the a REPRINT" if check add REPRINT on the RO.

Maxxbucks part option

To have the option to have "Earn Maxxbucks" turned on for all parts. so you don't have to remember to go back and add it after you create the part or have it in the wizard in the pricing screen with the other options " is commissionable, is discountable etc."

Service Counter Column sorting by clicks

In the main screen it would be helpful to have all the headings clickable so that when they are clicked the main screen will sort by that column rather than going into the Options and choosing the sort order. I tend to stay in Status sort order but when I need to find a customer by name it would be much nicer if I could click the column header and have it resort. I would be happy with ascending order but others might have a need for descending order.

Deposit on account reduction to RO

To allow the deposit on account payment to be applied to open RO to reduce the total of the RO, so when viewing RO the amount to pay is the amount that is actually due.

Sort Browse Parts Order

On the Parts Orders window, add the ability to sort the column by clicking on the top of column, the first click would sort a-z or low to high, each click would reverse the sort and all columns will be sortable.

Credit invoice number on check stubs

Whenever a credit is paid or applied when paying the bills, on the payable check stub reports to enable the invoice number that matches the actual credit. My vendors as well as I, get confused because it shows the invoice the credit went towards instead of the invoice number that was entered with that credit. I believe that it would be 100 times easier to read.

Job Clock

To have the ability to have the service writer log into the job clock portal to see which RO's are assigned to a tech so to give them the priority listing. There are times the tech isn't clocked in and it'll clock them in. Need a separate portal.
