Please review the following terms and conditions for usage of the MaxxTraxx shop management software.

Terms of Software Use during 30-Day Trial Period:

This Trial Version of MaxxTraxx is provided for the sole purpose of evaluation and training. It is not provided for commercial use, but may be used as such during the 30-Day Trial Period. Upon subscription, you may keep the data entered in the Trial Version or choose to have the program “cleared” of all data entered for evaluation and training.
Note: If cleared, all data entered in MaxxTraxx including company information, parts, labor services, customers, vehicles, etc. will be removed.

Hours of Operation:

Standard Support hours are Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. No after hours support is provided during the trial period. (Excludes recognized New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays)

Support Service:

Scott Systems will provide, (during Standard Support hours), unlimited Internet Chat Support and Phone Support on Scott Systems’ MaxxTraxx Corporate, MaxxTraxx Service, or MaxxTraxx Express to answer specific questions regarding operation and setup during the period of the 30-day trial.
Not Included: Setup or troubleshooting of computer hardware, operating system, network, printer, and Internet connections. Repair of systems with viruses or malware.

Training:

The Self-Paced Training Curriculum (SPTC) training videos and live Webinars are available at no additional cost. Reservations for dedicated telephone training may be scheduled at an additional cost in one-hour increments at the current Telephone Training Rate. CPU – 2.0 GHz, 4GB RAM, 100GB Hard Drive LCD Flat Screen. (Minimum 21", 1280 x 1024 screen resolution), a broadband Internet connection. (***Wireless Networks generally work but are NOT supported***).

Workstation – Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition, 2.0 GHz CPU, 2GB RAM, 100GB Hard Drive, LCD Flat Screen Monitor. (Minimum 21", 1280 x 1024 screen resolution), a broadband Internet connection.
