End of Year Procedures for MaxxTraxx Pro CE

Because MaxxTraxx Pro CE is a transaction based accounting software, and is, therefore, fully date sensitive in all but three reports, there are virtually no End of Day, End of Month or End of Year closing procedures required to be run.  The four reports which are unable to be fully date sensitive are the A/P Summary Report, the A/R aging reports, the Inventory Valuation report and the Core Valuation Report.  Therefore, we recommend that as of the end of business on the last day of your fiscal year, you run each of these reports, print them and keep them for your records.
